“Picky” Eating can be one of the most frustrating food struggles parents will face. Sometimes you’ll have a voracious eater that all of the sudden stops eating. Grrr. Sometimes you’ll have a great eater in one food group, but it will change week to week. That can make grocery shopping difficult, not to mention getting creative with all the leftovers (hello 25 ripe bananas!)

A lot of picky eating has to do with us, the parents. I know, not totally what you wanted to hear. But the good news is-you can do something about it!
The biggest piece of advice I can tell you is that it’s probably just a phase and you have to ride it out. Like most times in parenting when we want to pull out hair out, this is no different. Deep breaths, have a plan, and I promise you, it will get better!
