Nutrition Revolution

Seanna’s passion is educating children of all ages about proper nutrition and healthy living. Her Nutrition Revolution Program integrates Ontario curriculum and can be carried out with very little interruption to the daily school routine.

The program runs during regular school hours and includes school-wide food challenges and education, promoting hands-on learning, including parental involvement.

The program is conducted over the course of a week, or one day a week for a month, and ends with an fun assembly discussing the importance of the challenges, how and why we should integrate more nutrition into our lives as well as touches on awareness of junk food marketing towards kids. Prizes for participation can also be provided.
